Every organisation has in house emergency service staff and most organisations have a prevention officer. Why not have an Ergocoach?

Ergocoaches are your organisations own employees, trained in recognizing work related complaints and are equipped to assess the workplace. Ergocoaches are of great value. Peer-to-peer interventions are effective because peers are seen to be credible, have the ability to model desired behaviour and have a thorough knowledge of the organisation.

The Ergocoach contributes positively towards the sustainable employability of their colleagues. Sick leave due to working conditions are detected at an earlier stage. Next to that, the Ergocoach is always around and accessible to give necessary advice.

Ergocoach Office
During practical training we teach your employees:

  • To assess the office workplace and make changes if necessary
  • To recognise work related physical complaints (CANS/RSI, back complaints) and give advice on reducing the complaints
  • To give advice to colleagues on healthy working technique and working dynamically
  • To give advice about lifestyle factors
  • Peer-to-peer communication

Next to the above we can train your (HR) managers in:

  • Absenteeism management
  • Re-integration management
  • Dutch working condition legislation
